Four 1890s recipes by Julia Bullock-Webster

Julia Bullock-Webster came from English to visit her two sons at their ranch near Keremeos. In one of her diaries she recorded several recipes. Here are four of them.

Martha Beeton Ella and her husband Captain Henry Bailey Ella were early settlers in Metchosin and Victoria. In her diary she talks about her social life during part of the summer of 1856.
